[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of

2011-10[2]. Amendments noted where applicable.]
These rules of procedure shall be supplemental to the Brentwood
Borough Code. Any conflict between these rules of procedure and the
Brentwood with the Borough Charter shall be resolved in accordance
Brentwood Borough Charter.
The foregoing procedures may be amended from time to time by
a majority vote of the Council.
If any sections, sentence or provision of this resolution, or
the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall be declared
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any of the other sections,
sentences, provisions, or applications of this resolution which can
be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and
to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
All prior resolutions are hereby repealed in whole or in part
to the extent inconsistent herewith.
The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect on April
1, 2011, and shall remain in effect until amended by Borough Council.
