The town creates a Commission on Disabilities in the manner provided by Section 8J of Chapter 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws to encourage the full integration and participation of people with disabilities in the town.

The town allocates all funds received from fines assessed for violations of handicapped parking in the town to the Commission on Disabilities in accordance with Section 22G of Chapter 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
