The public streets and roads of the Township of White are hereby given official names as shown on the Official Street Map[1] of White Township, dated March 1, 1976.[2]

A. 
Pursuant to law as provided and specifically under N.J.S.A. 40:67-1 et seq., it has come to the attention of the Township of White that the County 911 Coordinator requires that all private roads, lanes, alleys and other means of ingress and egress receive proper names and numbering.
B. 
The following private roads, lanes and alleys shall be given names as attached on the schedule hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

It is expressly and clearly understood that this action is for the identification purposes only of locations within White Township and in no respect indicates any attempt or undertaking by the Township to take control of, exercise dominion over or care for those roads, lanes and alleys mentioned in the within section.
