A person who inflicts an assault and battery upon another person
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
A person who assaults another person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
A.Â
In this section, the term "peep" means any looking of a clandestine,
surreptitious, prying or secretive nature.
B.Â
No person shall peep into an occupied dwelling of another person.
C.Â
No person shall go upon the land of another with the intent to peep
into an occupied dwelling of another person.
