A person who willfully enters upon the land or premises of another without lawful authority after having been forbidden to do so by the owner or occupant, agent or servant of the owner or occupant, or any person being upon the land or premises of another, upon being notified to depart by the owner or occupant, the agent or servant of either, who, without lawful authority, neglects or refuses to depart, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
A person who willfully or maliciously destroys, injures or defaces another's personal or real property causing damage shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Any person who shall commit the offense of larceny of the property of another, by stealing any money, goods or chattels, or any bank note, bank bill, bond, promissory note, due bill, bill of exchange or other bill, draft, order or certificate, or any book of accounts for or concerning money or goods due or to become due, or to be delivered, or any deed or writing containing a conveyance of land, or any other valuable contract in force, or any receipt, release defeasance, or any writ, process or public record shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
A person who is in possession of stolen property shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
A person who does any of the following in a store, or in its immediate vicinity, is guilty of a misdemeanor of retail fraud:
A. 
While a store is open to the public, alters, transfers, removes and replaces, conceals or otherwise misrepresents the price at which property is offered for sale with the intent not to pay for the property or to pay less than the price at which the property is offered for sale.
B. 
While a store is open to the public, steals property of the store that is offered for sale.
C. 
With intent to defraud, obtains or attempts to obtain money or property from the store as a refund or exchange for property that was not paid for and belongs to the store.
A. 
A person who as the agent, servant or employee of another person, or who as the trustee, bailee or custodian of the property of another person, fraudulently disposes of or converts to his own use, or takes or secrets with the intent to convert to his own use, without the consent of his principal, any money or other personal property of his principal that has come to that person's possession, or that is under his charge or control by virtue of his being an agent, servant, employee, trustee, bailee or custodian, is guilty of a misdemeanor of embezzlement.
B. 
In a prosecution under this section, the failure, neglect or refusal of the agent, servant, employee, trustee, bailee or custodian to pay, deliver or refund to his principal the money or property entrusted to his care, upon demand, is prima facie proof of intent to embezzle.
