In the event of a conflict between the Uniform Traffic Code
for Cities, Townships and Villages, adopted in this chapter, and this
chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall control. In the event
of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the Michigan
Vehicle Code (MCLA § 257.1 et seq.), the Michigan Vehicle
Code shall control. In the event of a conflict between the Uniform
Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages, adopted in this chapter,
and the Michigan Vehicle Code, the Michigan Vehicle Code shall control.
The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced in accordance
with the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages,
adopted in this chapter, and the Michigan Vehicle Code (MCLA § 257.1
et seq.).
