§ 355-14 Adoption of code. [1]

The 2002 Edition of the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages, promulgated by the director of state police, in accordance with Public Act No. 62 of 1956 (MCLA § 257.951 et seq.), is adopted by reference as in this article modified.

§ 355-15 References to "governmental unit."

References in the Uniform Traffic Code for Michigan Cities, Townships and Villages to "governmental unit" shall mean the Village of Cassopolis.
