[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Killingworth
as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where applicable.]

The merger of the Probate Courts of the Districts of Killingworth
and Saybrook (at Chester), as approved on December 23, 2002, by the
Board of Selectmen by a vote of 2-1, not occur, and said Board of
Selectmen shall be required to call and defer to a Special Town Meeting
on any question involving the voluntary merger of the Killingworth
Probate Court with that of any other district.
