Providing for the construction of curbs along the westerly side
of Hill Terrace Avenue from the radius at the intersection of Hill
Avenue and Bittner Avenue to a point approximately 426 feet south
of said intersection, and along the easterly side of Hill Terrace
Avenue from the radius at the intersection of Hill Terrace Avenue
and Bittner Avenue to a point approximately 138 feet south of said
intersection, pursuant to plans and specifications prepared
by the Township Engineer; and providing for the expense of such curbs
to be paid by the abutting property owners in proportion to their
frontage in accordance with the Second Class Township Code
