[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township
of Towamencin 12-5-1983 by Ord. No. 83-10. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes and empowers the
Township to enter into and execute the Police Service Agreement, attached
hereto as Exhibit A,[1] with the Borough of Lansdale, Hatfield Township and Upper
Gwynedd Township, in order to provide and receive police assistance
and cooperation when requested in accordance with the Police Service
Agreement.[2]

Editor's Note: Resolution No. 83-42 adopted December
15, 1983, adopted the chain of command set forth in Exhibit A attached
thereto for the purpose of requesting assistance on behalf of the
Township of Towamencin pursuant to the Police Service Agreement. The
Police Service Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors
upon a motion adopted on January 10, 1984.
