§ 218-1 Use of brake retarders prohibited.

The use of commercial vehicle brake retarders ("Jake brakes®") is hereby prohibited on the following designated streets within the City limits:

§ 218-2 Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to fire-protection or other emergency vehicles.
