Code)]
The position of Borough Engineer shall be an appointive position
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:87-15 and the amendments thereto.[2]
The appointed Borough Engineer shall perform all functions as
set forth and required by the ordinances of the Borough of Edgewater
and the amendments thereto, in addition to all those functions as
may be required by state, county and local law.
