§ 107-1 Compliance with orders.

All persons who may be present at any fire shall obey the orders of the Mayor, the Chief of Police, policemen and the Fire Chief or Assistant Fire Chief of the Fire Department in the extinguishment of fires and the removal of property.

§ 107-2 Penalties for offenses.

Any person who violates the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.

§ 107-3 Authorization.

The Fire Department of the City of Glens Falls is hereby authorized to render aid outside the city limits of the City of Glens Falls under the Warren County Mutual Aid Plan when, in the discretion of the Chief or Assistant Chief on duty of the Fire Department, such aid may be extended without prejudice to the protection from fire of property within the City of Glens Falls.
