The City Clerk is hereby designated records access officer for the City of Glens Falls.
Records shall be available for inspection at the City Clerk's office during regular office hours.
The fee for copies of records shall be $0.25 per page not in excess of nine inches by 14 inches or the actual cost of reproducing any other record, unless a different fee is prescribed by statute.
