GENERAL REFERENCES
Sewers and water — See Ch. 177.
A Nonmetered user fee (the fee) is hereby created that shall
be imposed upon users of the City's water distribution system
that fail to arrange for the installation of a water meter by July
1, 2003.
This chapter is subject to the approval of a majority vote of
the Common Council of the City.[1] Once approved by the Common Council, the City Clerk shall
arrange for publication of a notice of rate change in the Post Star
once a week for two successive weeks.
