No person shall, within the boundaries of North Strabane Township,
engage in tumultuous conduct, loitering, begging or unlawful occupancy
of property.

TUMULTUOUS CONDUCT — Conduct which disturbs,
tends to disturb or aids in disturbing the peace of others by violent,
tumultuous, offensive or obstreperous conduct and any person knowingly
permitting such conduct upon any premises owned or possessed by him
or under his control.
LOITERING
Any conduct or activity including, but not limited to, sitting,
standing, walking or strolling in, about or upon any street, alley
or other public way or public place, or at any other public gathering
or assembly or around any store, shop, restaurant, business or commercial
establishment, or any private property or place such that such conduct
or actions, after warning to cease such conduct or actions, hinders
or obstructs unreasonably the free passage of patrons, pedestrians
or vehicular traffic.
UNLAWFUL OCCUPANCY
Any person occupying, lodging or sleeping in any vacant or
unoccupied barn, garage, shed, shop or other building or structure,
or in any automobile, truck or other vehicle, without owning the same
or without permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession
of the same, or sleeping in any vacant lot during the hours of darkness.
BEGGING
Any person wandering about and begging or requesting for
monies or other consideration by going about from door to door to
private homes or commercial or business establishments or places in
itself in or upon any public way or public place requesting the same.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a district justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and,
in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
