Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this Part for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.

Only angle parking shall be permitted on the following portions

2.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be cited
by the North Strabane Township Police and/or parking enforcement officer
to pay a fine of $5. If said citation is not paid within 10 working
days, the aforementioned representatives/employees of the Township
shall file the violation with the magistrate jurisdiction of North
Strabane Township, and, upon conviction thereof, said person shall
pay a fine consistent therewith plus costs, or undergo imprisonment
for not more than one day for each $10 for failure to pay said fine
and costs.

and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow
it to remain parked, in any such zone, except as specifically provided

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.

Any person who violates any provision of this Part shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and costs.
Provided: it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking
enforcement personnel of the Township to report to the appropriate
official all violations of any provision of this Part, indicating,
in each case: the section violated; the license number of the vehicle
involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place;
and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear
understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police
officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or
place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was
parked in violation of this Part. The notice shall contain instructions
to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the
office of the Manager and pay the sum of $5 within two business days
after the date of the report, that act will save the violator from
prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the
first sentence of this section.

The Board of Township Supervisors may establish roadway lists for parking regulations described in this chapter by resolution to be incorporated into and attached thereto to the amended Part of this Chapter 4 without prior or subsequent advertising, at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Supervisors open to the public. A copy of the resolution and most current list of roadways subject to the parking regulations set forth in this chapter shall be available for inspection during all business hours along with any required signage to be placed in accordance with the provisions of the Township Code, PA Motor Vehicle Code and all other applicable statutes.
