§ 106-1 Licensing fee for bingo license or raffle license.

Any qualified organization as that term is defined in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 applying for a bingo license or a raffle license in the Borough of Beach Haven shall be exempt from the payment of any municipal licensing fee as required by N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10(a).

§ 106-2 Raffle and bingo licensing.

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses to be held in the Borough of Beach Haven.
