An ordinance of the Borough of Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania,
establishing rules, regulations and standards governing subdivision
and land development pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning
Code,[1] establishing the procedure to be followed by the Planning
Commission and the Council of the Borough of Bellefonte, and providing
remedies for the violation of the ordinance.
