[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town of Putnam 10-1-1894 ATM. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
The Town of Putnam hereby establishes a public library, which
shall, under the proper regulations to be adopted by the Directors,
be free to all of the inhabitants of the Town.
The number of Directors of the public library shall be nine.
Each Director shall serve a term of office of three years.
These provisions shall take effect when the Putnam Library Association
donates to the Town of Putnam the books belonging to said library.
