This chapter is called and may be cited as the "Las Vegas Municipal
Airport Minimum Standards Ordinance."
The purpose of the Las Vegas Municipal Airport Minimum Standards
Ordinance is to adopt the Las Vegas Municipal Airport "Minimum Requirements
for Airport Aeronautical Services at the Las Vegas Municipal Airport"
by reference and incorporate them herein as fully as if set out herein.

Editor's Note: The City amended this chapter by adopting the
"Amended Minimum Requirements for Airport Aeronautical Services at
the Las Vegas Municipal Airport," by reference, on 3-8-1990 by Ord.
No. 78-29.
The minimum requirements shall apply to person(s), firms or
corporations who engage in one or more commercial aeronautical operations
at the Las Vegas Municipal Airport.
A copy of the Minimum Requirements shall be kept on file in
the office of the Airport Manager and City Clerk's office and
shall be at all reasonable times available and subject to inspection.
