It is unlawful to display, sell or offer for sale, barter, give
away or otherwise dispose of any animal upon any street, sidewalk
or public park.
It is unlawful to sell, offer for sale, barter or give away
any unweaned baby rabbits, or fowl under four weeks of age. Raising
of such rabbits and fowl by an individual for his personal use and
consumption is not prohibited, provided that he shall maintain proper
brooders and other facilities for the care and containment of such
animals while they are in his possession. The sale of young fowl by
commercial breeders is not prohibited.
No person shall offer for sale, sell, barter or give away turtles,
except in conformance with appropriate federal regulations.
