Editor's Note: This local law was subject to a permissive
referendum and no valid petition requesting such referendum was filed
as of 8-31-1998.
The provisions of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law
are hereby applicable to the establishment or extension of business
improvement districts in the Village of Walden.
