The Village of Spencerport shall cease to be an assessing unit in 1996 pursuant to Local Law No. 6-1996. See Chapter 17, Assessment, of this Code of the Village of Spencerport.
This chapter shall become effective upon its adoption and upon
filing with the New York State Secretary of State and shall apply
to assessment rolls prepared on the basis of taxable status dates
occurring on or after January 1, 2010.
