The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the limits
of the property known as "Spencerport Village Plaza" is 10 miles per
hour.
The parking or standing of motor vehicles is hereby prohibited
in all safety zones or fire lanes as the said safety zones and fire
lanes may from time to time be designated and marked by the owner
of Spencerport Village Plaza or the Fire Marshal.
Motor vehicles shall be parked only within the specified areas
of the Spencerport Village Plaza as are from time to time designated
by the owner of such Village Plaza, and no vehicle shall be parked
so as to occupy more than one parking space.
No motor vehicle shall be operated in an unsafe or reckless
manner within the limits of Spencerport Village Plaza, and no person
shall suffer, permit or allow any motor vehicle to emit loud or offensive
noises.
