It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on the Promenade except in designated parking areas for the purposes of loading or unloading. No person shall park a vehicle in the aforementioned designated parking areas for the purposes of loading or unloading in excess of 30 minutes; however, the Mayor's designee is authorized to grant a waiver of the thirty-minute time limitation set forth herein on an as needed basis.
A. 
No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking of a parking space.
B. 
No person shall deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking facilities.
A. 
Municipal parking lot. Any persons entering upon any municipal parking lot operated by the City shall observe the rules and regulations of N.J.S.A. 39:1 of the New Jersey State Motor Vehicle Code and City ordinances.
B. 
Municipal parking spaces. No person shall park at any time in spaces marked or designated by signs for police vehicles or City officials only.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle in the City Hall parking lot, located adjacent to and to the rear of City Hall, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless such vehicle shall have displayed thereon a parking permit issued by the Chief of Police. This provision shall not apply to the two public parking stalls located at the northeast section of the lot.
B. 
Permits may be issued to employees and elected officials of the City.
C. 
Persons found guilty of parking a vehicle in violation of this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $50.
