Compensation for each Council Members of the Borough of Red Hill
is hereby established to be 70% of the maximum permitted in accordance
with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; however, no compensation
shall be paid to a Council Members who have failed to attend at least
12 meetings of Council and/or Committee workshop meetings during the
year. Each Council Member shall be paid annually in installments according
to law.

Compensation for the President of the Council of Red Hill is
hereby established to be 100% of the maximum permitted by the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
