The Pennsylvania Building and Conservation Act (Act 222 of 1980)
shall be administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community
Affairs, Bureau of Housing and Development, and shall no longer be
administered by the Township.

Middle Atlantic Inspections, Inc. shall be authorized to perform
such Code enforcement and the inspection of existing structures and
of new structures in The Township in conformity with all adopted regulations
and codes for: Electrical Inspection. Such services shall consist
of consultations and advice to the public and public officials.
