Authorizing and directing the borough of Mifflinburg to enter into a mutual aid assistance agreement with the city of Sunbury, the boroughs of Milton, Northumberland, Riverside and Watsontown, and the townships of Point and Ralpho, all of the county of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, the boroughs of Middleburg, Selinsgrove and Shamokin Dam and the office of the sheriff, all of the county of Snyder, Pennsylvania, and the borough of Lewisburg, the township of East Buffalo, and the office of the sheriff, all of the county of Union, Pennsylvania: establishing the conditions of the said agreement, the duration of the term of the said agreement, the purpose and objectives of the said agreement, the manner and extent of financing the said agreement, the organizational structure necessary to implement the said agreement, and the manner in which property, real or personal, shall be utilized: and authorizing and directing the mayor to execute the same on behalf of the borough.
