In addition to the tax collector elected pursuant to the Second
Class Township Code, the Township Secretary is hereby appointed the
Deputy Tax Collector for the Township to serve in the absence of the
Township Tax Collector with all duties, powers and privileges accorded
to that office.

The Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge a
fee not to exceed $5 per receipt to provide certifications of payment
or nonpayment of County and Township Real Estate Tax. This fee may
be amended from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge a fee not to
exceed $20 to persons or entities who attempt to pay their taxes and
have a check returned for insufficient funds or closed account. This
fee may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Board of
Supervisors.
