A. 
Each parcel reserved for the accommodation of any automobile trailer, house trailer or mobile home shall be not less than 50 feet by 100 feet and shall be clearly defined by markers placed on all corners. Irregular parcels not meeting said dimensions may be approved by the Town Board, provided that such parcels contain 5,000 square feet.

B. 
Only one trailer or mobile home and only one utility shed or outbuilding shall be permitted on each such parcel.

C. 
No house trailer or building shall be permitted to be laid out or occupied within 133 feet from the center of a public highway.
D. 
No trailer or mobile home, including any attachments thereto, shall be located less than 12 feet from each side lot line, 10 feet from the rear lot line and 20 feet from the front lot line. Utility sheds or outbuildings as permitted under Subsection B above shall be located not less than five feet from either side lot line, five feet from the rear lot line and with a front setback from the park road edge or pavement line of 65 feet. The Town Board may vary any setback for good cause shown.

E. 
House trailers shall have a connection to an adequate public water supply.
F. 
All house trailers shall have an electrical connection approved by an electrical inspection agency approved by the Hamlin Town Board.

G. 
House trailers and attachments thereto shall comply with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and with the Code of the Town of Hamlin.

H. 
House trailers shall have an approved connection to a public sewer system, when available, or a sewage disposal system as approved by the Monroe County Health Department. All plumbing installations shall be made in accordance with New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and with the Code of the Town of Hamlin.

I. 
Each house trailer shall be furnished with containers of such capacity as to properly take care of all rubbish and garbage. The disposal of the contents of the containers shall be the responsibility of the owner or operator of the park, and he also shall see that all containers are at all times kept securely covered and in a sanitary condition.

J. 
Building permit requirements.

(1) 
No structure, enclosure, addition, vestibule, added room, carport, patio roof, utility shed, outbuilding or any similar building shall be constructed or placed on the parcel or attached to any trailer or mobile home without a building permit first obtained from the Building Inspector. Park owners and/or operators shall apply for any and all permits. An exception is that winter vestibules constructed for the winter season and not to remain in place over six months need no building permit.

(2) 
A room, as defined for the use in Subsection J(1) of this section, shall be any enclosed structure attached to a mobile home or house trailer; screening or glassing in a porch attached to a mobile home or house trailer shall be deemed an enclosure.
K. 
The maximum ground area for a utility shed or outbuilding shall be 120 square feet, with a maximum height not to exceed the height of the mobile home or house trailer on the same parcel. Such buildings shall not be used for sleeping or living purposes.

L. 
Foundations and anchoring of certain buildings. All utility sheds or outbuildings shall have adequate foundations conforming to the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code or shall be placed and anchored on a four-inch minimum concrete slab or shall be anchored with tie-downs, such as cast-in-place concrete "dead men" eyelets embedded in concrete foundations, screw augers or arrowhead anchors, to secure said structures against uplifting, sliding, rotating or overturning.

M. 
No trailer or other dwelling unit in a house-trailer park shall be used to harbor more than one adult dog six months or older or more than two pups for longer than six months without a harboring of dogs accessory permit issued by the Town Clerk; the adult dog must be personally owned and licensed by a resident of such trailer or other dwelling unit.

B. 
Only one camping unit or registered transient party shall be permitted on each campsite, and their length of stay at the tourist camp shall not exceed seven days during any thirty-day period.
C. 
No camping unit or building shall be laid out or occupied within 133 feet from the center of a public highway.
D. 
All camping units shall comply with the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.

E. 
There shall be a minimum of two containers, or equal, of such capacity as to properly take care of all garbage and rubbish for 10 campsites. The disposal of the contents of the containers shall be the responsibility of the owner and/or operator of the camp, and it is also his responsibility that all containers are kept securely covered and in a sanitary condition.

F. 
There shall be a minimum of one permanent service building for bathroom facilities, with running water and an adequate sewage disposal system. The male bathroom shall be separated from the female bathroom by a solid permanent wall. The size of the building shall be such as to properly accommodate the facilities as described in Subsection I.
G. 
All campsites shall be accessible by a driveway.
H. 
A telephone shall be available to all campsites.
I. 
For a minimum of 25 campsites or any fraction thereof, the male bathroom shall include, as a minimum, three enclosed water closets, one urinal, two showers and three lavatories. The female bathroom shall include, as a minimum, three enclosed water closets, two showers and three lavatories. For each additional 25 campsites or any fraction thereof, the bathroom facilities shall conform to the original requirements and may be in another permanent service building.

A. 
Trailer parks. The following shall be kept by the park owner and/or operator and on file for one year and available for inspection by any authorized person: lot number; date in; name and address of lot occupant; house trailer make, model and year; record of any trailer attachments and/or outbuildings; and date of departure.
B. 
Tourist camps. The following shall be kept by the camp owner and/or operator and on file for one year and available for inspection by any authorized person: name and address of occupant; date of arrival and departure; type and make of camping unit; year, make and registration number of automobile or camping unit, if such is self-propelled; and the assigned space number in the tourist camp.
