A.
All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations
in excess of 2 1/2 tons' unladen weight are hereby excluded
from the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule
M. All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations
in excess of five tons' unladen weight are hereby excluded from
the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule
M1.

B.
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed
to prohibit municipally owned vehicles or authorized public utility
vehicles or to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other
property along the streets or highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are otherwise excluded.
C.
In all residential districts, the parking or storage of any truck
having a New York State motor vehicle gross weight in excess of 10,000
pounds shall be prohibited.

Commercial vehicles, tractor-trailer combinations and trucks
in excess of two tons are prohibited from parking, except to load
or unload, on the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described
in Schedule N.
All vehicles in excess of the posted gross vehicle weight limits
are excluded from those bridges and elevated structures as described
in Schedule O.

Parking any vehicle which bears commercial license plates on
any street within any residential district between the hours of 7:00
p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be prohibited.
