The County jail of the County of Suffolk be and it hereafter
is known as the "Suffolk County Correctional Facility."
All references to the "County jail" in the County Law, the Correction
Law or any other state statute or any local law or ordinance shall
be deemed to refer to the "County Correctional Facility."
To the extent that § 217 of the County Law (Chapter
11 of the Consolidated Laws), as enacted by L. 1950, c. 691, shall
conflict herewith or be in limitation hereof, said section is superseded
hereby.
