It shall be unlawful:
1. 
To bring upon or make available any illegal drugs or any malt or brewed beverages or alcoholic beverages in any form or alcoholic content in any of the following Township recreation areas, but not limited to such areas, to wit:
A. 
Alsco Community Park, Springhill Road.
B. 
Indian Ball Park, Karns Road.
C. 
Meadow Street Playground.
D. 
Silver Lake Park.
E. 
Hemlock Street Playground.
F. 
Natrona Ball Field, River Avenue.
G. 
Dam Parklet, Park Avenue.
H. 
Tot Lot, North Canal Avenue.
I. 
Fred C. Skwirut Memorial Park.
J. 
Birdville Recreation Areas.
2. 
To bring upon or make available any illegal drugs or any malt or brewed beverages or alcoholic beverages in any form or alcoholic content on any of the Township roads, streets, drives, avenues, sidewalks or alleys.
3. 
Alsco Park and Indian Ball Park and Fred C. Skwirut Memorial Park will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. No person is permitted on the park premises except during the period from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
4. 
The following is a list of regulations applying to Alsco Park only:
A. 
No bottled drinks permitted.
B. 
No mini-bikes permitted.
C. 
Pets must be on a leash.
D. 
Parking in designated areas only.
5. 
The Township police are authorized to enforce all park regulations and to seize any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs found on park premises.
6. 
No person shall in any park:
A. 
Injure, deface or damage any trees, plants, shrubs, buildings, structures, signs or equipment located within the park.
B. 
Litter any area of the park.
C. 
Operate any motor vehicle, including cars, trucks, snowmobiles, minibikes, motorcycles, trail bikes or all-terrain vehicles except upon the roads, trails or parking areas designated for their use.
7. 
The Board of Commissioners may establish additional rules and regulations for parks by way of resolution.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600; and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
