1. 
No person when removing snow, grass or leaves from private property shall be permitted to throw snow, grass or leaves into Township streets. This practice creates a hazard for vehicular traffic in the Township.
2. 
If, in the course of snow, grass or leaf removal, any snow, grass or leaves which are unavoidably carried onto any street or road in the Township, it shall be the duty of the property owner to remove the same immediately so as to make the street or road clear and safe for the passage of vehicular traffic.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part 4 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300; and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Every day that a violation of this Part 4 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
