Except as otherwise provided, any person, corporation, association or partnership, or the agent of any such person, who shall violate a provision of this chapter or shall fail to comply with any requirements hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, § 1-5. The Town shall reserve the option of obtaining a mandatory injunction against the violator to compel performance as required by this chapter.
