Whenever the Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, authorize
a public hearing on a local law which, if adopted, would have the
effect of amending this Code, then for a period of 90 days therefrom,
or until the effective date of the proposed law, if adopted, or of
its defeat, whichever shall be sooner, no permit or approval can be
granted unless the permit would comply with both the existing law
and the law as it is proposed to be amended or the applicant shall
consent to the inclusion, as conditions on the permit or approval,
of any restrictions which would be imposed by the local law.
The Mayor and Trustees of the Village shall constitute the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow.
