Materials to be used in paving, repaving, repairing, surfacing
or resurfacing streets and public places of the City and standard
requirements for each of such materials shall be as prescribed in
this chapter.

The standard requirements for paving materials set out in this
chapter shall be supplemented as necessary in the job specifications,
and such variations may be included in the job specifications as to
conform to current accepted construction practice.
