[Adopted as Ch. 590, Art. IV, of the 1985 Code]
Any contract for professional services entered into by the County
of Suffolk on or after the effective date of this article shall contain
a clause providing for individuals rendering services under such contract
to be offered equivalent scheduling privileges and rights relating
to observance of religious holidays offered to County employees pursuant
to collective bargaining agreements, with or without compensation.
