The Division of Purchasing in the County Department of Audit and Control is hereby authorized, empowered and directed, pursuant to § C5-2I and J of the Suffolk County Charter and § A4-12 of the Suffolk County Administrative Code, to list requests for proposals on the County website, commencing with all RFPs issued on or after the effective date of this article.
