A.
The Maritime Museum and the County of Suffolk, through its Risk Management
and Benefit Division, are authorized to enter into an agreement whereby
the Maritime Museum would be covered for the purposes of general liability
insurance by the County's self-insurance program.
B.
This service would be provided upon an appropriate reimbursement
schedule based on County expenditures for general liability insurance.
The Maritime Museum shall require all users of boat slips located
at the Maritime facility to have insurance naming the Maritime Museum
and the County of Suffolk as additional insureds.
