A policy is hereby established whereby the County of Suffolk
shall not place or facilitate the placement of more than one registered
sex offender at the same hotel or motel which is located in, or the
property line of which is adjacent on at least one side to, an area
which is zoned by the appropriate municipality as a residential area.
Suffolk County Departments, offices and agencies shall not utilize
contract agencies to place sex offenders in contravention of the policy
established herein.
