[Adopted 12-20-1990 by Res. No. R-11-90]
Pursuant to § 9-105(e) of the Tax-Property Article
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the homestead credit percentage
for the Town of Chesapeake Beach, effective for the taxable year beginning
July 1, 1991, and subsequent tax years, shall be 110%.
The Town of Chesapeake Beach reserves the right to change the
homestead credit percentage for the Town of Chesapeake Beach by means
of a resolution, for all tax years subsequent to the tax year beginning
on July 1, 1991.
