Administration of government — See Ch. 4.
All agencies, authorities and boards, including advisory boards, created by authority of the Mayor or any ordinance or resolution of the City of Atlantic City shall hold their meetings open to the public pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., known as the "New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act"; provided, however that nothing shall prevent any agency, authority or board from retiring into closed or executive sessions to discuss those issues permitted to be excluded to the public pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
Any member of any such agency, authority or board whose appointment to said agency, authority or board is controlled by the City of Atlantic City who willfully violates this chapter shall be subject to removal from such agency, authority or board for cause.
