§ 354-31 Surrender of fees to Treasurer.

The Borough Clerk shall, at the time Borough Council acts on any application, renewal or transfer of a license, turn over the fees received therefor to the Borough Treasurer.

§ 354-32 Filing and preservation of applications.

All applications for licenses, renewal or transfer thereof shall be filed and carefully preserved for reference by the Borough Clerk.

§ 354-33 Record of licenses issued, renewed or transferred.

A record of all said licenses issued, renewed or transferred shall be kept by the Borough Clerk in such manner as Borough Council shall prescribe.

§ 354-34 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, § 1-15, General Penalty. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
