There is hereby established a Park and Recreation Board ("Park
Board") consisting of seven members.

The Park Board shall have the following powers and duties:
(A)
Assess community needs and develop policy recommendations for the
Village Board's consideration for the provision of adequate areas,
facilities and programs to meet the leisure needs of all community
residents.
(B)
Recommend to the Board of Trustees proposed policies for consideration
related to building and programming needs for Parks and Recreation.
