This chapter shall be known as the "House Trailers, House Trailer Camps, Tourist Trailer Camps, Tourist Cabins and Tourist Camps Ordinance."
It is the purpose of this chapter to promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Village of Hillburn by the more efficient regulation of house trailers, house trailer camps, tourist cabins and tourist camps.
No house trailer camps, tourist cabins or tourist camps or communities shall be erected, maintained, used or occupied, and the same are hereby prohibited, within the limits of the Village of Hillburn.
A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 or to imprisonment for a period of not less than one day nor more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment. The imposition of all penalties for any violation of this chapter shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue.
B. 
The application of the above penalty or penalties or the prosecution of the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of conditions prohibited by this chapter. When a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is continuous, each 24 hours thereof shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
C. 
A violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
D. 
The Board of Trustees may also enforce obedience to this chapter by injunction.
