The following sections of Lake Koshkonong in the Town of Milton shall be designated as a swim area:
A. 
Approximately 20 feet west of the cement boat ramp on the Lakeland Campground Beach extending westward for approximately 300 feet, extending out into the lake approximately 300 feet.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to operate any power-driven boat or other craft in this area, which shall be marked with uniform waterways buoys. Buoys shall read "swim area."
Any person or persons in violation of this article shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 and costs of prosecution.

This article shall be posted at three public places within the Town and shall be filed with the Department of Natural Resources.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PARKS
All public park areas located within the Town of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin.
All of the public parks within the Town of Milton shall be opened to the public on each and every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but shall be closed at all other times. It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon the premises of said property except at those times when said parks are opened as set forth herein.
It shall be unlawful for any person to litter upon the grounds of said parks or to commit any act of vandalism on the premises of said parks.
Any person or group desiring to reserve any designated shelters within any of the parks for any given day shall make application to the Town Clerk for an official permit at least 48 hours prior to the time desired for such reserved use. Reservation shall be by official permit to be issued by the Town Board.
No one shall park any motor vehicle upon the park premises at any time except authorized police or emergency vehicles, unless prior written permission is received from the Town Clerk of the Town of Milton.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be liable to pay a penalty or forfeiture of not less than $50 and not more than $500 for each such violation.

This article shall have no effect over parks owned or operated by the County of Rock, the State of Wisconsin, or the federal government.
