Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 01-2006, adopted 3-14-2006, contained the following provision: "Any reference in the Code of the City of Port Republic to a Zoning Board of Adjustment or a Board of Adjustment which is inconsistent with the provisions contained herein shall be construed as a reference to the Planning Board. This provision shall not apply to the reference to a Board of Adjustment set forth in § 160-60B, which is added herein."
