Outside auxiliary heating units are prohibited within any of
the described zoning districts within the Village of Argyle. No person
or entity of any kind shall erect, or cause to be erected or maintained,
any outside auxiliary heating unit within the Village of Argyle limits.
For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated in this section:
Any freestanding outside structure conveying heat to a principal
or accessory structure, designed for heat generation from any organic
heat source.
Any auxiliary heating unit constructed and in operating order
as of the original date of passage of this article is excepted herefrom;
however, this section shall ban the replacement of any such existing
units as of the date of the passage of this article and thereafter.
